Frame Warranty
Frames are covered for 1 year from the purchase date and will be repaired or replaced for:
- Stripped screws
- Broken nose pad posts
- Broken or loose hinges
- Dislodged jewels or logos
- Oxidation or discoloration
A $50 shipping and processing fee applies for the replacement frame.
Improper cleaning, exposure to chemicals, excessive heat or cold, rough handling, and loss/theft are not covered by warranty.
Lens Warranty
Excludes glass and CR39 plastic lenses.
Lenses are covered for 1 year from the purchase date and will be replaced for:
- Cracks
- Scratches
- Peeling coatings
A $50 shipping and processing fee applies for the replacement lenses.
Improper cleaning, exposure to chemicals, excessive heat or cold, rough handling, and loss/theft are not covered by warranty.
Frames and/or lens damage not covered by warranty can be replaced one time within 1 year for 50% of the retail cost.

One-time exchange. You will be charged or refunded depending on the price difference. Original packaging must be returned.
Prescription Frame
One-time exchange. You will be charged or refunded depending on the price difference. Original packaging must be returned.
Prescription Lenses
One-time exchange. Prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be resold; therefore, if exchanged for an item of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded.
Restyled glasses cannot be returned.

Full out-of-pocket expense refunded. Original packaging must be returned.
Prescription Eyewear
Full frame out-of-pocket expense refunded. Original packaging must be returned.
Prescription Lenses
Since prescription lenses are custom-made, they cannot be returned. No refund will be given, and insurance benefits cannot be reinstated.
60 Day Contact Lens Exchange
One-time exchange. You will be charged or refunded depending on the price difference. Original, unmarked, unopened boxes must be included and in good condition.
60 Day Contact Lens Return
Full purchase price refunded minus a 10% restocking fee. Original, unmarked, unopened boxes must be included and in good condition.
